1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Please note that processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your chosen shipping method, order weight, and delivery location.

  • The full shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.


4. International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide!

  • Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination.

  • Important: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.


5. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment either on our website or directly via the carrier’s tracking portal.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Need to make a change? Contact us at jpetcentral@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes are not possible after your order has shipped.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at jpetcentral@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We’ll coordinate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if needed.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may have shipping limitations due to size, weight, or regulations. These will be clearly noted on the product page.

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or some remote regions.
