Order Processing & Shipping Information

At J-Pet Central, we’re dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know:


🕒 Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your item ships.


🚚 Shipping Timelines

United States:
Shipped via USPS or FedEx with estimated delivery in 15–20 business days.

International:
Most international orders arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your location and fulfillment center.

Please note: Shipping times may be affected by weather, customs clearance, high demand, or other unforeseen delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also check your order status anytime via our Track Your Order page.


Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order at jpetcentral@gmail.com with the subject: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

  • Entered the wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours. After your order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.


💥 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email jpetcentral@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item
    We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
