🕒 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your item ships.
🚚 Shipping Timelines
United States:
Shipped via USPS or FedEx with estimated delivery in 15–20 business days.
International:
Most international orders arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your location and fulfillment center.
⏳ Please note: Shipping times may be affected by weather, customs clearance, high demand, or other unforeseen delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also check your order status anytime via our Track Your Order page.
❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order at jpetcentral@gmail.com with the subject: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

Entered the wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours. After your order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.
